Deleting your account

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and permanently removes your account and all associated data.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. To stop being charged, cancel your subscription separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are purchased, billed and renewed through the App Store or Google Play. To change or cancel yours, use your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Sensitive information

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of sensitive information at any time in Settings → Sensitive Information. Withdrawing it permanently deletes your conversation history and everything Verney remembers about you; your account and subscription are not affected. See the Privacy Policy, Section 5.

If you or someone else is in danger

Verney is not an emergency or crisis service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number directly.
